When recruiting a new Doterra prospect, a good technique is to help the prospect to envisage the benefits of becoming a Doterra consultant. The questions open up the world of financial freedom and what the prospect gain in a future with Doterra essential oils.

If you had enough money that you could do whatever want and all the time to enjoy it, how would your life be different?
Take a brief pause and then ask the Prospect the following:
- Would you live in the same house?
- Would you drive the same car?
- Would you travel more?
- Would you pay off them loads?
- Would you give more to charity?
- Would you help people you have never been able to help before?
- Would you spend more time with friends, family and loved ones?
When you offer the Doterra business opportunity it should be:
- Well planned, yet honest and sincere
- Start with the benefits available to the prospect
- State the urgency of the opportunity available to them
The fact is nearly 100% of the people you ask will say that they cannot achieve those dreams from what they are doing at the moment. So it is clear that they they will not achieve their dreams in the career, business or job they have at the moment.
Then ask, “Would you be willing to do something about it?”
Ask if they could take a few minutes to learn about a life-changing financial opportunity that is helping people to achieve their dreams. Once you have been through this process the final stage is to ask them if they are interested or not and then wait for the answer, meaning stop talking. All you are interseted in is a decision yes or no, both answers are good, because one’s you have an answer you can either more onto the next prospect or start helping a new consultant to achieve the dreams.
