The type of people you are looking for are:

  • Somebody who would like to help others
  • Somebody who has had enough being Mr Average
  • Somebody who is will to dream, but also will to do something about it

Once you have thought about the type of individuals you would like to add to your prospect list, without prejudging, write them down. I would suggest about 200 – 400.

As a Doterra consultant you are not making a sales pitch, in fact your marketing objectives for a new business such as Doterra should be to educate and inform, promote and sell and finally gain loyalty and return customers. Below I am showing the basic concept of running a Doterra class or party using Doterra marketing tools such as  educate and inform, promote and sell and loyalty and return.

By presenting information about Doterra in this way you are better able to make the Doterra products more familiar and accessible. The more informative you are, the more authority you will appear to have for the customer.
