Q. What is a Global Access Market?
A. Global Access simply means Wellness Advocates can enroll anywhere in the world and order US Doterra products for their personal use. The products are then paid for in US dollars and shipped to a US address.

Q. What currencies are used for orders?
A. Consultants in the US pay in dollars, UK Consultants will pay in British Pounds (£) and all other European Countries will pay in Euros (€) (most other countries will pay in USD)
Q. What is the Doterra shipping time?
A. Their goal regarding Doterra shipping is to manufacture and ship every order as quickly as possible while also maintaining our extremely high standard of quality. To that end, all orders typically take between 3 and 5 business days. During holidays, orders may take up to 10 business days to manufacture.
We ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number (for shipping methods where tracking is available) as long as you entered a valid e-mail during checkout.
